Ethan attends a year-round school and just went "Back on Track". Hard to believe this is the last "in" session he will have as a 2nd grader and we are so pleased that Ethan loves and excels at learning. He and Stuart worked on his Science Fair project together on what items will or will not conduct electricity. Despite my you-are-still-little thoughts that he's still into trains, Ethan is quite passionate about two of his belongings: 1) his expansive pencil collection, and 2) LEGOS. He spends hours and hours building, reading, planning, sorting and taking apart & rebuilding those tiny plastic bricks into the most awesome creations. One of the must-go-to places when we visit Seattle is the Lego Store at Bellevue Square Mall. During our visit there in Summer 2007 they were having a Lego Convention by the Space Needle; we didn't even tell him about it until we were there paying for the tickets. He was ecstatic - Kiana not so much and made a scene. We promised him a return trip. We're off to Legoland in 2 months and I'm sure there will be enough there for everyone to enjoy.
