Sunny skies. Happy kids. What could be better? Saturday's 1st PTA 5K/1 Mile Fun Run for Kiana's school was great! Ethan didn't want to run and was a fantastic helper and course direction-giver on the route. He and Kiana held the ribbon for the 5K finishers. What was even better was that we were wrapped up by about 10:00 - yippeee! - just in time for Kiana's 10:00 game and Ethan's 11:00 game. Last games of the spring season. Turned out to be a hot day and they did awesome!
May 20: Stuart and I were married on December 20, 1997 during winter break. Since it's so close to Christmas we decided early on to spread out the celebrations and celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 20; the day we met in teeny tiny town Rexburg, Idaho. Who would have thought I'd stay an extra semester after graduation, with a job lined up, missing my family - and Stuart left a job to come start summer; and leave before Fall? Good times.
