Raining. We're pulling into Target to let Ethan pick a treat for lunch. From her carseat Maiya says,"Jesse throw rocks in water." I talk to her about Jesse. Kids are amazing.

That Jesse
4:18 p.m. I had the blog up and Maiya walked in,"That Jesse." She was right. The other night I heard her in the girls' bedroom. "That Jesse. Where 'nother one? Oh, there's Jesse. Here another Jesse." I was pretty stunned. Walked in to see what was going on and she was sitting on the floor, looking through Kiana's photo album, pointing out all of the pictures with Jesse in them. She was searching them out, looking just for him, which amazed Stuart and me, pointing to us and giggling,"That Jesse. Oh, there 'nother Jesse."
